Who This Is For
I work with adolescents and young adults (roughly middle school through early adulthood) who:• Have ADHD or executive function challenges• Struggle with organization, time management, or follow-through• Feel overwhelmed by school, work, or daily responsibilities• Know what they should do — but struggle to do it consistently
What Coaching Helps With
• Building consistent routines• Planning and breaking tasks into manageable steps• Reducing procrastination and overwhelm• Improving follow-through on school, work, and life tasks• Developing systems that actually stick• Designing routines and systems that work even on low-motivation or off days

Why My Approach Is Different
Most coaching focuses on motivation or willpower.
My approach focuses on systems, structure, and real-life skill building — especially for days when motivation isn’t there.
My background as an Occupational Therapist means I look at how routines actually fit into daily life, how environment affects follow-through, and how to build habits that are realistic, flexible, and sustainable — not perfect.
How Coaching Works
• 1:1 virtual coaching• Private pay (not insurance-based)• Practical, skills-focused sessions• Parent involvement when appropriate for adolescents• Structured, goal-directed sessions with practical tools
Current availability (as of January 2026):

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching focuses on building practical skills, routines, and strategies for daily life. While my background as an Occupational Therapist informs my approach, coaching services are not therapy and do not involve diagnosis or medical treatment.
